A New Way of Navigating

With our ever growing list of features it became apparent to us that our previous navigation style of having an expanding list of links flowing down the left hand side of the page would no longer meet our needs for providing the most efficient navigation around the site and its various components.

Therefore as part of our site wide redesign we have implemented a new drop down menu option split into two parts. At the top of the screen you will find the fixed navigation bar, giving you easy access to common features such as events, resources and account control.

The second part of our new menu setup is the context bar which appears below the main graphic, this menu shows options which will change depending on which components of the site you currently reside upon - becoming more specialised as you drill down - for example when editing a booth you will be presented with your various abilities each now grouped into an appropriate menu such as overview, editing and reports.

Although the tree structure is gone it is still easy to navigation up, simply clicking the first [>] link on the context bar will navigate you to the previous component page.
